Do you do ductwork?
Yes. Our in-house sheet metal shop allows us to fabricate ductwork for any set-up. So whether you’re relocating an existing furnace or installing a system in a brand new home, we can do it on time, on budget, and at the highest standards.
How big should my furnace be?
The size of your furnace depends significantly on the size of your home, where you live, and several other essential factors. The best way to properly determine your required furnace size is to contact us to determine which furnace is best for your home.
Do I need to replace my furnace?
With proper maintenance, the lifespan of an average standard-efficiency furnace is around 25–30 years. A high-efficiency furnace lasts for approximately 20–25 years. If your home is older, make sure to monitor your furnace’s performance. Some signs you may need your furnace replaced:
- delayed ignition
- significant amounts of corrosion
- little or no heat produced
- odd smells (like sulfur or rotten eggs)
- consistent pilot light failures
